All content, methodology, assessments, scoring systems, AI models, software, branding, and materials within Hirelytics are the exclusive intellectual property of Jemstep Pty Ltd ABN 61 096 869 662 trading as Authentic Success Global. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform solely for your internal hiring purposes.
You must not copy, reproduce, reverse-engineer, resell, sublicence, or distribute any part of Hirelytics or its underlying methodology. You must not represent Hirelytics's assessments or reports as your own work or the work of any other party.
All candidate assessment data, responses, behavioural profiles, and reports generated through Hirelytics are strictly confidential. You agree to:

By using Hirelytics, you acknowledge that Jemstep Pty Ltd ABN 61 096 869 662 trading as Authentic Success Global collects and stores the following data: employer account details, role descriptions, candidate assessment responses, and usage data. This data is used to operate the Platform, improve services, and generate assessment reports. We do not sell your data or candidate data to any third party.
Hirelytics and its AI-generated reports are provided on an "as is" basis as a decision-support tool. Jemstep Pty Ltd ABN 61 096 869 662 trading as Authentic Success Global makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that its outputs will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jemstep Pty Ltd ABN 61 096 869 662 trading as Authentic Success Global shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages arising from your use of Hirelytics or reliance on its outputs, including but not limited to poor hiring decisions, loss of revenue, or employment disputes.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your account with any other person or organisation. You agree to notify us immediately at support@asglobal.com.au if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
Jemstep Pty Ltd ABN 61 096 869 662 trading as Authentic Success Global reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to Hirelytics at any time if you breach these Terms of Use. Unused credits are non-refundable upon termination for breach.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia and the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia, including the Federal Court of Australia where applicable.
Jemstep Pty Ltd ABN 61 096 869 662 trading as Authentic Success Global may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Hirelytics after notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
